Just packed in 1308 calories, in addition to 540 earlier, and whatever came from my breakfast of fried potatoes and dinner of Roast Pork with gravy, roast potatoes, crackling and stuffing and apple sauce. Also 360 kcal for 3 mini rolls i ate. Not too bad I thought.

This has been a disastrous week, with hardly any money, I've had to be economical with my eating and therefore I was only able to have mcDonald's once, and the rest of the week have one sandwich and one or two bits of chocolate a day*. Disappointing!

*: Not including evening meal.

Right, here's the situation. A single "Galaxy" chocolate bar contains 250kcal for the price of round 60p. Since a pound of fat = 3500kcal (supposedly) should I:

A) Buy the equivalent of that amount in the galaxy bars

OR

B) Buy more.

Hello all and welcome to my gaining blog. I started a year or so ago at the pathetic weight of 126lbs or 9stone. So a year later, I'm around 162lbs give or take, and trying to get up to at least 180 before the end of January, if not sooner. It's been a long hard road but every day is another step closer to my goal. So follow me if you want to, but no trolling because that won't be tolerated.
